The Association has partnered with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority to jointly organize a Future Banking Seminar in October this year. The seminar aims to support the life planning and career development of young bankers. By leveraging the insights of a career coach and experienced bankers, our goal is to provide practical guidance to accelerate their banking career and foster talent retention within the banking industry.
