Temporary Suspension of HKAB’s Email Service This Coming Weekend

Due to a temporary electricity supply arrangement in the building, HKAB’s email service will be suspended from 21:00 on 25 July (Saturday) to 23:59 on 26 July 2026 (Sunday). During this period, emails sent to HKAB mailboxes will not be received, and senders will receive a bounce-back notification. Members are advised to avoid sending emails to HKAB during the suspension period. If your email is returned, please resend it after services resume at 00:00 on 27 July 2026 (Monday). No further notification will be issued if services are restored earlier than scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

About HKAB

The Hong Kong Association of Banks was created by The Hong Kong Association of Banks Ordinance, Cap.364 in 1981 to replace the Exchange Banks' Association.

The Ordinance provides a framework for the Government to exchange views with the banking sector for the further development of the industry.
