In order to teach senior citizens to learn Simplified ATMs in conducting basic banking services, HKAB has organised a series of ATM education talks for elderly. The workshops are conducted at elderly centres managed by the NGOs where bank volunteers will introduce the convenience and safety of ATM banking services and use simulation games to demonstrate basic ATM transactions of Simplified ATMs.
